I have an athlete, high School senoir, 16:43 pr(As a sophmore).
Training schedule for last four weeks:
Averaging 50 miles. Long run 10-12 (7:30's), a lt run around 17:45 for three miles, intervals (started them a couple of weeks ago), 6x1000 in the 3:25 range, 3-4 min rest. His off days are 8 miles in the 7:30 range. Last three races have been, 5k, 17:09-17:15-17:25. His splits in these races are relatively close. He starts around 5:15 then around 11:00 at the 2 mile.
I have no clue where to go from here. Help
