also a few more things:
someone asked why i made a video instead of just writing stuff: a video is much more appealing to someone then reading a list of rules. its easier to listen to (in my opinion) and can be done while doing other activities. same concept as books on tape. oh, and I have a youtube channel so i just thought they would be interesting videos to make.
then someone said i should film on the track. ideally, i would film these videos while running. 3 problems: 1, the mic on my phone doesnt pick up sounds so i cant talk into it while recording a video. 2, i dont run with my phone. 3, i make these videos (because they need my voice to work) on my computer which i dont run with. i will definitely try to make further videos on the track though, just at this point i cant do that. in the gym i can film on my phone and then do voice-overs on my computer later.
