12 miles. 12-14ish in base phase

Relaxed. You can get rolling a bit after 45-60 minutes if you're feeling it; rolling here probably would be under 6:15. But you should let it happen when it happens; don't force it.
Okay cool ive been starting around 645 and putting it down to 615
