Age 17 daughter moving up to 800m, her best event is 400m.
Suggestions of great mid-distance coaches would be greatly appreciated.

What part of the State?
Also, what are her current pr's?
im waiting for NotAlSal to post something crude...
If she lives in/near Spokane and is coachable and the pay is worth my time I may be interested. What's her PRs and is she planning on running for her HS team or solely unattached/club? If she plans to race for her HS team are her coaches ok with her having an outside coach?
Her PR's:
100m: 12.90
200m: 26.27
300m: 43.09 March 15, 2014
400m: 57.70 May 24, 2014(ran week before State Champ.)
800m: 2:20.51 July 16, 2014(ran while iron deficient, with mononucleosis, other issues we found out later)
She was/is iron deficient, had Mononucleosis and other issues at the end of her high school season, which we didn't know until later.
Everything finally hit her all at once at the State Champ. and she went flat, not making finals in 400m and 4x200m.
Blood tests in early June found her iron deficiency, blood tests done in July found the mononucleosis and others.
She will be getting iron IV's starting next week.
The illness made her very heat sensitive. and too weak/too many symptoms to sprint. Stopped training at that point.
She tried running in Seattle area at a couple twilight meets, nice cool, low 70's, and did surprisingly well.
She said she just 'jogged' the first lap, and 'jogged faster' the second lap, not pushing herself or over-doing it. The 1st effort, June 25, she ran 2:24.55, the second time, July 16, 2:20.51.
After finding out about mononucleosis, she stopped running.
I have digital video of just about every major event she has competed in since 6th grade.
I have trained her the past 5 or so years. The addition of the 800m training and the fact this will be her Senior year, I thought I would get some help.
This can be done from a distance, we can travel, as I can do the bulk of training, but would like her to be able to 'check-in' with a good coach to observe and monitor her training from time to time.
I don't think I could afford more than this, as I know full time coaching is time consuming and obviously expensive because of this.
