Pretty much what the title says.
I have been doing 25-30 mi/week of easy running for the past month, no fast workouts.
Before that I ran a 5:22 mile solo
A year ago I managed to go from ~5:35 to 5:05 with 5-6 weeks of fast workouts on the track with ~15 mi/week.
I only have half the time now so I'd like to take the best approach I can to peak for a 1 mile race.
