Way faster than 5:30...I ran 5:30 and would do 4-5 x 400 in 80, but wouldn't do much more than that.

If you are telling us the truth and your rest is really 70-80 seconds, then yes, I'd say that you'd be close to 5:15. I did this workout last month averaging just under :79 but with more like 2:15 rest and I'd say I'd be around 5:20.
