When you parents are gone, you should get naked, go into the backyard, jump off the diving board as high as possible, landing feet first into the water with your legs slightly apart and your hands pulling your cheeks open. This should hopefully help take care of the fact that you are full of $HlT
Swim, pool run, or just run laps around it.
Our college coach has us go to the deep end and swim with out our arms (had to keep our arms straight up above water).
We did that 5x2minutes with 30 seconds rest.
It honestly helps as a substitute for early speed sessions. Burns like hell.
I suggest you start out with 3x 30 seconds or 45 for your first time.
Fill it with earth and make some deep mud and then run laps of the pool.
