Hello everyone,
I'm running a half marathon this Sunday on Fathers Day and I wanted to know if its okay to do a short workout the day before the race. It would just be like 1 mile warm up, 2x1 mile and then 1 mile cool down. I only ran 1:21 about a month ago and had to use the bathroom the whole first half of the race so I'm aiming for a 1:19 this week. Also this course is really flat. Do you think doing this short workout the day before will mess with my race day feel ? I have 2 tempos planned on tues and thurs or should i switch the track workout with one of the tempos?
