Will run a HM tomorrow.
On may: 2:41:18 marathon, even splits.
Last sunday: 34:10 10k race. (even 5k splits)
Can i expect to run 74:30?

That's a bit aggressive. Both of the other performances line up reasonably well with 1:16. Not that you can't run 1:14:30 ... it's within the realm of possibility. But I would be hesitant to *expect* that time and plan race strategy around it.
so you ran the marathon in may? how many weeks between the marathon and that 10k?
maybe you weren't fully recovered yet and could've run 33 high.
anyway, i think you could run 75 for sure, and if I were you I'd shoot to sun 74:50s, or 5:43/mi. 34:10 is 5:30/mi

No. Not unless the half marathon is on a considerably easier course. If the difficulty of all three courses is the same, as is the weather, a good result for you would be anything under 77 minutes. If sub 75 is a big goal for you for some reason, and you want to go for it, my advice is to plan to negative split it. Go out no faster than 35:30 for the first 10k. If you feel you can pick it up at that point, do so. Otherwise, just try to hang on.
thanks for the predictions.
I did run 75:32. Can't say I am happy as I was really expecting a sub 75.
Started out slower than last races - 5k in 18:00. Pushed to run 10k in 35:40 and kept going. I was really dead in the end and was not able to push harder. By the 15k i knew it was going to be very hard and I would have to run 3-4s faster for each km until the end, and I simply feel i couldn't do it. It was really hard to sustain the 3:35 per km in the end.
i need to improve my 5ks and 10ks to run a sub 75, it was the third time I tried and i got: 75:51, then a 76:27 (i passed 34:50 for 10k at this race and nearly died in the end) and now 75:32.
I also might be very tired, as someone mentioned.
I've run a marathon on may 18th (2h41), then spent one week with no runs, but after may 25th I started training again. On june 1st ran a 34:10 10k and now the Half Marathon today. I think i need to rest.
Colin Sahlman runs 1:45 and Nico Young runs 1:47 in the 800m tonight at the Desert Heat Classic
