Any idea how a 9:01 3000m steeplechase would convert to a regular 3000m? A 2000m steeplechase?

I was a steepler in college with an 8:57 pr. My indoor 3000 pr was 8:18, and that was pretty consistent with other runners with similar bests in the steeple. I'd say 8:20 is a pretty good guess for a 9 minute steepler.
I never ran a 2k steeple so that's hard to guess at. My other prs were 4:10 indoor mile and 14:41 5000 if you're looking for other "conversions." I always thought I was pretty consistent times.
