I am an intermediate runner with current weekly mileage of around 15-20 miles. I am just completed my 4th Half Marathon this weekend (Time:2:09:23). I am starting to plan for my first full marathon on the October 26th of this year.
I am planning on following the training plan mentioned in the following page:
Along with this, I also plan on working out at the gym on three days. So it would be something like,
Monday: Gym
Tuesday: Interval Run
Wednesday: Gym
Thursday: Tempo Run
Friday: Gym
Saturday: Long Run
Sunday: REST
Does this sound like a good plan for the next 21 weeks? If not, what suggestions would you give me to alter my schedule?
