What a great race. Loved how Vessey stuck her elbow out and tried not to let Brenda pass. These two are tough, do not dodge each other and well are pleasant on the eyes.

martinez hasn't needed to dodge vessey, she's been out of it for a couple years now. martinez just showed up as a big time challenger last year
sweet race though, didnt think BMart would have it
A few understatements in that post.
Here's video of the race. Vessey was very aggressive from 400m out.
Pacer was out in under 26, Vessey leading the field was two full second behind. Who picks these ditzes for rabbits?
Did they kiss after?

Great race! I felt that Brenda Martinez was going to win. This pleasant young woman is as tough as nails. She positioned herself in the pack and eased up on Vessey and challenged with 200 meters to go. Vessey responded and would not let her pass. B. Martinez tucked in behind her and with 50 meters to go gave another surge that took Vessey at the finish. I saw it coming.
There's something about Vessey's face that reminds me of Jar Jar Binks.
