I recently ran my first half marathon last weekend jus under 1:27. So now there is part of me that really wants to try a full, then yet there is another part that thinks f*** that lol..
Anyways, If I do a full I wanna run it, I dont wanna dog the whole thing like some people do just to say they finish. If I do one I would like to try for Boston. So my question here is running a 1:27 half, I would need a 3:10 full for my age. Am I in that kinda shape right now? Line up w/ the 3:05 pacers and hold it as long as i can? haha
I guess i'm just really unsure what to expect after that 13.1 mark. Also how to pace myself up to that point and past that point.. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
