Here\\\'s the deal. I\\\'m a sophomore in high school and have been running since about 8th grade. Right now I\\\'m running a 5:02 in the 1600, 11:03 in the 3200 (Only raced it really once this year), and 2:16 in the 800. I\\\'m running around 35-45 mpw mid track season. I Have raced the mile 6 times so far this year and I will give times for each one is order down below.

So... I\\\'m basically stuck in this dreadful limbo of misery and pain. I would love to just hit 4:59! Is there anything I\\\'m doing wrong? I\\\'m getting about 7 hours a sleep a night, doing core work every day, eating around 2,500 calories a day, and training my ass off at practice. I can easily pull off an 8x400 workout sub 73 the whole time with little rest... So why can\\\'t I break 5?
