Jack Keelan was left out of Stanford. 13:55 this year, redshirting next year.

Leaving Prakel off wasn't an oversight. He just wasn't good yet when the list was made.
anything that thinks Oregon men will not win is on crack. Look at who they return, then look into who their recruits are, THEN look into who they have transferring in. They'll win with 70 points
Starting to update them now.
When does Flotrack usually post their rankings?
Or is flotrack's infrastructure really falling apart? (Rumors? With Fenton at adidas, etc..)
Flotrack just gets their rankings from Isaac Wood who I would imagine is not going to do them anymore since he is now the recruiter at Weber State. I'm going to update them 5-10 teams a day. Probably be finished by next week. If anybody has any info on transfers, recruits or any suggestions just let me know.
bump. get updating dem teams.
he seems to have stopped at 7 teams
Sorry, I'm a full-time recruiter at one of the schools on the list and I'm just swamped at the moment. I will find time to update as July progresses but work has to come first for me, sorry LRC.

Smh. Will Geoghegan (Dartmouth) does not have any xc eligibility remaining...
Oregon won't even be able to sniff the jock straps of CU or NAU or, hell, Stanford coming across the finishing line at XC championships.

Oregon is at a distinct disadvantage in XC season. Their runners compete indoors and outdoors in track. Colorado and NAU take those seasons off.
Jake Hurysz's 5k PR is actually 13:38 from 2012
bump
Jonathan Green may help Georgetown, as he is not listed. He won the Juniors 10000m.
It would be cool if someone expanded upon this and did some less detailed predictions for the regional xc championships
when are we getting the updated list?
it does update periodically. look at the first page of the thread for a link.
This prediction is seriously lacking. First off you're going off track times, and I see some guys who have run 23:XX for 8k last year but only have track PRs of maybe 14:20 or 14:30 and you count them as lesser when compared to clearly worse runners. I know I shouldn't complain and instead make my own version, but this takes an enormous amount of time, which I do not have. The Ivy League teams are severely underrated, for example.
glines from Michigan is transferring to NAU. im just getting this from another message board thread
Updated. Please any scoops on transfers let me know. Going to try and put a few more teams on there to get to 50.
