So, I am trying for a spring 10k. I am a "competitive" runner and do not want allergies to keep me from training/drain me of energy. How do you all deal with allergies and still maintaining good training? I am drinking lots of tea, taking vitamin c, and washing my face a couple times a day. My allergies are relatively new, never had them growing up, and I have had them every spring for the past 3 years. Any advice/suggestions would be appreciated :)
