Over the summer I plan to build up to a 70-75 mile week to prepare for XC. My teammate and I have been debating the best way to do it. How many double days? Shake-out runs in the morning or evening? How long should the your long run be?
I'm currently doing mileage in the low-mid 50s, but I was doing high 50s - low 60s during indoor, and have PRs of 4:08 1500, 15:10 5K, 32:26 10K
