Assuming you are trolling. Many would run that quad on a single day.
do it. you will know exactly what shape you're in and you'll learn if you can in fact dig and find your balls when you need to or not.
I'd say it is probably fine if this is only for a single week. No way this would be good for long term development though.

Maybe two quads a week for three weeks.
This is fine and will give you benchmarks for all your races. I suggest picking one or two and focusing on them after this though.
