So this is what I did on Tuesday
10 min warmup
25 min tempo run
10 min cooldown
5 minutes rest, then 6x200 strides, full effort between each 200 and a 1:30 rest between each one.
Wednesday: Couldn't run due to studies (APs, SAT, and SAT 2s)
Thursday: Felt fine and dandy on my warmup, but 25 min into my hour-long long run, I noticed I was breathing heavily and my legs were feeling weak..... I was running at a 8:30-8:45 min / mile when my normal easy run pace is (8:00 - 7:30 / mile)
I firmly believe my drastic drop in pace was due to my tempo run 2 days ago, but Im not 100% sure.
Is my thinking right or is there some other physical anomaly I haven't acknowledged?
