Has anyone every treated a running injury with acupuncture? I've had a strained calf that has somewhat healed, but still pulls, even after 3 months off.

It might speed healing a tad, but acupuncture tends to be better-suited to remedying sub-par organ function. Try rubbing Arnica ointment on the calf (available at a natural food store). An organic anti-inflammatory, it speeds healing and draws out injury-related toxins, even to an extent with torn ligaments. It worked wonders on a partially torn Achilles I dealt with for several months in '94-95.
