Planning on building up to 80 miles a week for a half marathon I'll be doing. Previous high is 75. How does this sample week look as far as daily mileage goes? This is base phase just ascending to full volume before workouts begin. Striders will be done throughout the week. 75 minute half PR. Thanks fellas.

Tue - am 4 easy/pm 12 working down to a steady pace
Wed - am 4/pm 12
Thurs - 4 easy
Fri - am 4/ pm 12
