a week before my goal 3k i plan to do something like this workout.
2x1200 with the first 800 at goal 3k pace and picking it up by 3-5 seconds for the final 400. then either an 800 or 600 with the first 400 at goal 3k pace then pick it up for the final 400 or 200. would take maybe 3-4 minutes rest. thoughts on this workout?
