dont understand some of those rankings, especially when psu lost last week quite handily by LU and SJU
Do my eyes deceive me or does that say PRESEASON poll???? I'm guessing PSU did not lose in the PREseason, thus that loss would not have factored into the PREseason rankings.
ah my mistake. sorry chief. a lot of MA squads will be going to lehigh this saturday for the paul short meet, so a lot of controversy can be straightened out then.

I am in charge of the mid-atlantic poll. This poll was made with the help of 3 other mid-atlantic coaches using the 15 points-1st place vote, 14 points-2nd, 13 points-3rd etc. system. The poll was taken 3 weeks ago when the pre-season polls were due. For some reason the coaches association decided not to post them until now. The 1st real poll comes out after this weekend (sept 25). As all of you know--polls are fun and good publicity for our sport. The real poll comes from the regional meet results.
