Their "form" isn't a result of any particular practice like drills or stretches, but genetic factors like body structure.
This is about 5 years old with Bekele and others but I think they really haven't changed it. Essentially entirely dynamic warmup with lots of drills:

They also do sprints in spikes each week. I don't mean strides. I mean sprints.
And some of us HAVE copied what they do, except of course you can't DO Bekele's workouts unless you're Bekele--something people should keep in mind about Salazar. Good luck doing 4 hard workouts a week and following that with 30 miles in 5:40 pace in the forest at altitude.
