You cannot use Arnold as an example because he was NOT trying to squat a lot. If he was, then you could use him as an example but that's not what he was training for. What don't you understand about that?
Once again, for perspective, the world record for a 240 lb person is almost 900 lbs. That is what happens when someone is actually trying. You cannot use someone who isn't trying. That's like me saying that a 15:00 5k is impossible because some elite soccer player couldn't do it. I would have to use an elite runner as evidence, not a soccer player. Do you see how that works?
