I am a post collegiate runner, running my last indoor race of the season tomorrow. I am planning on taking it easy next week because I have a sore hamstring. Then the week after that is easy just to build miles so no workouts. I have a big 5k planned for April 12. Will I have enough time to get back into good shape. A little background on my training. 70-80 miles a week since November until about two weeks ago when I scaled back the mileage. A lot of tempos but concentrated more on mile training. Plan on getting back up to 80 mile weeks.
