Freshman at PHS.
I was in the best form before a severe injury in my leg, but I am back, in okay shape not the best though.
Right now.. I can do the mile probably in 5:10-5:25
Before could do sub 5's each time.
I am doing the 3 races in the header, and have about 5 months to train.
I want to push for these times in each race:
(1500m- 4:30-4:45) (800m- 2:00-2:10) (3000m- below 10:00)
I'm the type of guy that needs something planned out for me so I can proceed doing it.
backround on me? I run right now with a track team, but they really only focus on speed, (which is great) but I need a proper running guide for the distances I am doing.
Right now I'm running 5-15K a week.
A complete training week guide for 5 months would mean the world to me thanks!
