I started ramping up on running a few months ago...before that had stayed in ok shape but never really trained as a runner. My longest run so far was 8 miles in an hour a week ago in a treadmill. Before that I'd done a 5 miler in 7:30 pace. I probably was at 90 to 95% for both of these training runs.
I'm planning to run a half marathon in about a month. What is a good time / pace to target? I want something that is a bit of a stretch goal but not impossible. Thanks in advance
