I am currently training for the 4/8 coming from a speed prospective. This morning I ran a 2.5 mile tempo around 5:30 pace, I have only been doing 10-15 miles a week while lifting for other days so chill. Then for the latter session I did 3x300 45,45,44; 5 min rest; relaxed 200 in 25.7. Any guesses at what I would be running in the 800m right now?
