To begin with I have very flat feet and use custom orthotics. For the past six months I've dealt with Posterior Tibial Tendonitis. I took a month off from running about four months hoping that it would go away. I came back after the month and it was better but it still hurt on and off.
To add to that, about a month ago my achilles started killing me and turned into tendonitis on the same foot. I took another month off from running and did my first run back today. It felt okay during the run but now it's definitely feeling sore and somewhat painful.
I'm at a loss of what to do. Taking time off doesn't seem to help anything. I've already done physical therapy. Will I ever be able to run pain free? What should I do? I'm getting really frustrated with the whole situation. Any suggestions or wisdom would be great. Thanks.
