In my last few races (800-3200) I have ran terrible times relative to what my workouts show and my place on my team compared to workouts. When I finish the race my legs don't feel sore or tired. However, during the race it feels like my legs aren't getting enough oxygen or can't process oxygen quick enough and I have no energy to go faster and typically slow down a lot towards the end of the race.
How would you explain this phenomena?
