I was watching training videos of Garrett Fisher, i'm genuinely impressed as that guy is legit 210 lbs can lift like a beast and can run a 5:10 mile and a 17min 5k at 210lbs.. Youre thoughts? And yes i generally find crossfit pretty stupid, but you have to admit thats semi-legit. If he could drop to 140 he could actually be beast as hell I assume.
