get some of those shoes with the round bottoms. They used to be called MBT shoes. that should do it.
focus on getting your feet to land under your hips and boost up your cadence short quick steps. you could get some flat shoes or just a low heel drop. do warm ups and coold downs in them and then slowly build up the distance. but try to keep the same form when you are wearing your normal shoes. im no pro but ive been running minimalist for almost 2 years now
