Ventolin has all you guys by the balls so hard. What do you think Venty, is this a PR for how quickly and abruptly you've derailed a thread?

Where's the video of his post race workout...
According to the LRC he should probably do a workout equal to
5 x 1 mile at 5k pace with 400m jog recovery.
I've been looking for some post race workouts for the donzens of EA's who have run as well or better than Rupp as well.
Max temp in Los Angeles on that day was 80 degrees:
Wrong date actually high of 83 degrees:
High of 91 in Bakersfield during mile WR on June 23rd:
Maybe Ryun confused the two races forty-five years later? Possible?
Hey ventodude!
Have you ever placed two thermometers next to each other on a hot day, one in the sun and one in the shade?
I have! One was in the low 80s and the other in the low 100s!
Maybe Ryun saw 95ºF. Maybe the thermometer was in direct sunlight.
The question is: Was the track in the shade or in sunlight?
The records show the temperature taken in the shade, at ground level.
Maybe Ryun raced in 95ºF after all!
So? Was there direct sunlight on the track?
PS: If the thermometer was placed behind a clear plastic or glass surface it could increase the temperature even more.
Show up to ElG 3000 thread...
last 30 posts are discussing a 1500 and a runner not named ElG.

C'mon coach, don't question what Rupp is doing. He is the best, therefore every single aspect of his training must not be questioned. It is impossible that he could do things differently than he is doing and still be as good. My logic is unassailable.

PS
As I thought I commented earlier, but it might have been deleted or I am dreaming, El G holds his hands too high, a la Mary Cain. Salazar would fix that. Coach D was have to block his eyes before he can witness such horrible form. Must give him nightmares.
Thermometers are not thermometers.
