4x1000 with 3 minutes rest. High school senior.

Felt easy. I know the rest is long, but I'm confident I could have run one more around 3:00. Any ideas as to what my mile time could be right now?

It depends on what the rest of your training has been, but I'll say 4:35ish.

certainly sub 4:30
Yeah I ran 4:32 eleven days ago and have had good training since then. Hoping for 4:20 by march.
keep hoping, that workout doesn't indicate that you'll drop 12 seconds by March. You'll need to be running workouts like 6x800s @2:26 with 2:00 jogging recovery to hit 4:20. If not faster
As far as analyzing your workout, your rest was too long and your recovery was not a jog and the volume of your workout was low. You don't get to walk/stand during a race so you shouldn't be doing that for your recovery during this point and time of the season.
Another workout you can try is 6x1ks w/2:00 jogging recovery @3:08-3:09ish would be an appropriate speed for you. Another one is 2(6x300s) with 1 minute walking recovery in between and full recovery 5-8minutes in between the two sets. If you can average 47flat for all 12 you might be able to hit 4:20 for March.
