A brief summary of my past. Year half ago I suffered with an eating disorder( probably still not fully recovered) I was 5'4 and weighed 7 stone for a year, these were when my times improved loads, lost a bit of weight and watched my time keep coming down. I was flying in races!
Gained a few lbs and my menstrual cycle came back and that was my first horrendous race, my time dropped 12 mins of what I was usually doing.
Anyway, fast forward a couple of months, the Dr put me on iron tablets as found out my hemoglobin was extremely low, I put on some weight, now weigh just under 8 stone and although my times are getting better they still aren't what they used to be.
I can't help feeling that it's because of the extra weight I'm carrying, anyone else experiance this, in my mind I keep saying that I'll loose a few more lbs :-( Please advise anyone...
