Does anyone know what's going on at Tennessee?
So after Mt. Sac weekend what is the update on the WSU job?
Is Li moving north or is Phipps hopping across the border?
My question is why would WSU hire Phipps?

WSU????????????????
Brandon_Bauer, you forgot to address whether or not you will be at Otterbein next year or not. It sounds like that is really all anyone who reads this thread may be interested in. And if you could respond in three words or less that'd be great.
The problem, Brandon, is that you TALK SO MUCH. Look at the other young (under 40) coaches in your state that have had success. Trent Mack at Ashland, Matt Wackerly at Ohio Wesleyan, Jason Maus at ONU ect...they all have coached NCAA Champions, All Americans and conference champions and I have never seen them on here running their mouth. You have had maybe half the success with twice the boasting!

The only "boasting" I do is is maybe of my kids accomplishments; it has nothing to do with me. The athletes do the work. We as coaches are a product of good athletes, we do not create good athletes. And I'm proud of all that my kids have done for themselves. It's a great thing to work hard, set goals, and accomplish those goals. It's about them, not about me. I don't ever say "look what I have done" - I say, look what they have done. It's exciting for these kids who have had a rough couple of years to be doing well. And I absolutely celebrate that with them. When you pay a lot of money to go to a college and part of the decision to do so comes along with the expectation of having a good athletic experience it's sad when that doesn't happen and people are unhappy. But I certainly don't boast about myself, I'm mediocre at best with a good group of kids who are enjoying getting better - which is in large part what it's all about especially at the D3 level.
Trent is a great guy, I know him personally, he coached my wife. Wackerly and I attended the same college, had the same coach (for one of my years and continued friendship after), great guy. I don't know Maus personally but his history with ONU speaks for itself. I've never compared myself to their accomplishments as athletes or as coaches, as all have done far better both as collegiate athletes and as collegiate coaches than I have.
I'm competitive, plain and simple.
And I'm still curious as to who you are, you're either 100% troll or have no balls.
And for anyone who cares (I have no idea why) my future at Otterbein isn't up to me it's up to whoever is hired.

Any insight on who that might be then?

I'm speculating this afternoon we may hear an anouncement in Hanover. If not I will turn Green.
