So I was running about 50-55 mile weeks still building up. All mileage was not at a slow pace. Approximately 6:35 average pace for normal runs and 5:57 for tempos. Break came and I ended up getting stuck with lots of work and also had to buy new shoes- 1.5 weeks off my training. I started again recently with the long run and kept up my daily's and got a knee contusion. I've tried running on it and day after day it's getting worse so I decided to take a break from running til it's healed. 1-1.5 weeks off training probably. Once I'm healthy again ill hit the ground going and probably start with a 45-50 mile week and build up from there again. My season starts Feb-March ish. Still two whole months of training just about. How behind would you say I am?
