I usually like to do all my runs based on feel. If I'm feeling really tired, I'll take it really easy. Most of the time though, I'll start out easy, work up to moderate, moderate hard pace and then finish like I can run a couple of miles longer. I like to run to relieve stress and doing it this way just seems to more enjoyable than forcing myself to run slower and save it up for the next workout. Plus I run alone and run slower always seems to be easier when you have someone to run and talk with.
Is there anything wrong with this or is it always better to take it easy on non-workout days???
