With all of this talk on form... how do you go about changing it? Is it just conscientiously running different until it feels natural or is it a core, drills and abs sort of thing? I run with my shoulders too tight and have dabbled with both with little immediate success. I want to have better form for outdoor and figure if I start now and stay committed to whatever extra I need to do to develop it, I will have a great season. I do anything between 800 and 3200 but focus more on 1500 if that makes a difference. Any advice at all is helpful.
