All-athletics lists that 10.42 with a wind of 6.0! It would appear that he's not a 10.3-10.4 guy but really a 10.8 guy in hs who improved to maybe 10.60. About the same real speed as a certain other NFL guy who thinks he can beat Usain Bolt.
Chris Johnson ran a legit 10.38 in High School and has the best ever 40 at the NFL combine.
Still not on the same level as Bolt, but in comparing him to Hester you are wrong.
