Hey running faithful! I was just wondering what was the strangest workout you have ever done and why? And if all your workouts have been old fashioned Jack Daniels or Bowerman-esque, what are the strangest tales youve heard? My good friend told me that a coach used to have his athletes run up a sand dune in armor... I don't know what the reps were.
The weirdest one I have done personally was probably 2x30meters, 3x40meters and 2x50meters (being a distance runner) at about 80 percent.
The most interesting one I have completed was 4x200 at 24-26 with 50 meter jog in between. That one almost makes you want to not stop for recovery!
