I completed 200mx16 with 1minute recovery. My average time was 32 sec. I was physically drained afterwards though. What would be an ideal goal time considering that workout?

yeah, about 2:08. Faster if you have good starting speed and remember to use it.
I'd shoot for about 29.5-31.0-31.5-33.0 for a 2:05.
This surprises me considering my 800m PR last year was 2:20. Then again I did come out late because of injury...

i run 2.05 and can hit 30 or sub 30 for that workout no prob
