im just now voming back from insertional achilles tendonosis it was pretty mild and only took me completely away from running for three weeks. while i was out i swam and aqua jog and biked around an hour and half a day i just came back about three weeks ago and i can run up to 6 miles but im only around 25 to 30 miles a week with a 6 day raainning week in addition to this im cycling about 6 hours a week on abike trainer and using a heart rate monitor to keep everything in an aerobic zone i can do 1 or 2 running workouts a week and substitute the other with a cycling workout so what would be your guys suggestions on how to organize my trainning and how long before i should be back into my before injury running shape (befpre i was around 55miles a week and i did a workout of 6x1 mile with 1 min break and went 5:20 5:28 5:23 5:21 5:23 5:18 i did half of that after i had been back for 2 weeks and went 5:20 5:28 5:20) any suggestions would help thanks
