So positive drug tests don't count as evidence.
Fact #1: Carl Lewis tested positive for banned substances
Fact #2: Lasse Viren never tested positive
Fact #3: Waldemar Cierpinski never tested positive
Because Carl Lewis is American he should be considered CLEAN.
Because Viren and Cierpinski are Euros, they must be dirty.

Hey man. This is letsrun where you can say anything, but why not do your research and just google sources.
Now public domain=google info can suck, but you can get quality info - pay attention to people - say - who were the national team olympic coaches for east germany. you know, who the say they gave to the athletes, and what former athletes said they were given. stuff like that is better than the letsrunboynextdoor.
or how about checking out the former east german coach who went to china to help the female distance runners there.
for my money, carl lewis was probably the fastest clean man alive, that is until he had to take something to compete with steroid-ben.
since the testing process of the past has little to no credibility,
you need to go to the athletes, coaches and insiders of the past to know what was going on. and consider highly the people that have nothing to gain by saying what they say or even risk punishment highly.
google on dudes.
