Nope, IU runs on a golf course. As a big time D1 coach, I know.

Indiana's course is adjacent to a golf course... not on a golf course.

Dunno, it was a golf course when I ran on it in the '70s.

Western Kentucky
They run at Keriakes Park (city Park) but the city keep the actual course mowed year round.
it's been a few years since I've been there but, isn't Alabama's course a dedicated cross-country course. I feel like it was the "old" university golf course that was repurposed. I could be wrong though and I'm far too lazy to go look it up.
Yes, the Harry Pritchett Running Park. As a big time D1 coach, I know.

Then not a dedicated course, as per the OP.

What is the definition of "dedicated course"?
Does the school have to own the land and have 100% control over use, upkeep and conditioning?

Essentially I agree with your definition, though not sure if Laverne Gibson is owned by Indiana State. It helps if it is listed specifically as a cross country course on the team website and can be found on google maps as such. Most have signage designating their specific use. The listed courses have been easy to verify. I have been to Lehigh and Indiana University and would not consider them to be dedicated courses. Even though I consider the latter to be one of the better college courses, it is primarily a golf course..

Any others???
IU's course is merely next to the golf course. Calling it a golf course is a stretch. I agree that it's a great course though!
Elon has one but the start/finish 100 meters or so are on intramural fields, I don't know if that still qualifies
