Actual results tracking at $20 for the quarter.
What about earnings you don’t understand?
Evidently a bunch.

What a joke. Maybe the market is forward looking. LOL!
Q1 2020 Observations
3/29/19 $42.46
6/28/19 $42.33
9/30/19. $41.47
12/31/19. $40.29
3/31/20 $20.00
Change QTR -43.77%
Change YTD -50.36%
Change from 6/2019 -52.75%
Statistics you quoted is perfect for saps.
Deserves a repeat?

2020 E
3/29/19 $186.36
6/28/19 $184.01
9/30/19 $180.06
12/31/19 $175.52
3/31/19 $152.52
Current $111.66
Change QTR -26.31%
Change YTD -36.38%
Change from 6/2019 -39.32%
If, and that is a huge “IF,” the estimated earnings would remain at $111.66 and the market closed at 2,900 for 2020 the market would trade at the highest PE since 9/30/2009. Of course neither earning or S&P 500 price will stay at the elevated levels.
Buy the next dip. :)
Earnie’s post is such a joke, this needs a repeat as well?

It clearly says “For Q1 2020”. How could you miss that? Are you retarded or something?

GAAP EPS estimates for 2020 $95.59 or an astronomical 29 PE.
Oh, the market is forward looking into 2021.
Perfect buy for the Skuja!

Do you feel stupid now, or retarded? Which one is it?

Whichever it is, you both would be well advised to use the more culturally correct term of "intellectual disability" rather than retarded. My family really let me have it the other day when i used the outdated term.
Okay, back to your bickering.
I charted the SPX last week and again this morning. The uptrend has stalled at Fib 61.8% with two failed attempts to move higher. I can't see anything that I'd follow one way or the other.
Subjectively, it looks like the FOMO crowd is now all in or taking a rest.
Does anyone follow Jon Nijarian? I saw him make a successful pick live on CNBC last week and I'm curious. I tend to be very sceptical of people who profess to teach others their "secrets." If the system is so good, why would you resort to selling it? Just trade from your mansion and then go for a run.

Igy is a true Trumpkin. He makes a lot of mistakes, but never acknowledges them even when they are pointed out to him. He would rather blame someone else.
And Detector Dude is a true Hilliaryite willing to be two-faced at every opportunity while remaining duplicitous and ugly (personally and physically).

On Thursday you got below the Fib 50% at 2790 and got a bounce. Mega tech were rejected at February highs same day. A test of the lows will likely be driven by mega tech.

I suspect the lows will not be reached until you see a bottoming in Najarian air time on CNBC.
