It is pointless to bother rebutting when you can't even post an example of a diet where a person can meet the minimum for EFA and quality protein (defined by EAA and BCAA content) intake on such a diet, not to mention numerous nutrients that must be supplemented.
http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/This contains nutritional information about almost every conceivable food possible. Since you are such a disrespectful troll, I am not going to waste my time going through every damn nutrient to provide a non-animal example which contains a high amount of said nutrient. As I said before, the only real issue for people who abstain from animal products is for Vitamin B12 and EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA /=/ (does not equal) essential fatty acids. Lulz, if your criteria for Essential Fatty Acids is so basic and unrigorous as it probably is (as you don't seem to have advanced nutritional knowledge), then you will be more than satisfied with a non-animalian diet. There are many nuts and seeds which are high in Omega 6 and Omega 3.
Here is an excerpt from a Nutrition Guide I am writing (this part taken from a relatively exhaustive discussion of EFAs)

Favorable ratio, more omega 3 than omega 6:
Fish and Seafood sources:
>salmon fresh frozen cooked and tuna canned in water: good
>cod fresh frozen: good
>mackerel canned drained: good
>swordfish, fresh frozen cooked: good
>crab, soft shelled, cooked: good
>bluefish, fresh frozen and cooked: good
>salmon, canned, drained: too lopsided in favor of omega 3
>scallops, maine fresh frozen cooked: good
Vegan seed sources:
>flax (need to grind): good
>pumpkin seeds: low omega 3, high omega 6, ratio
>sesame seeds: ditto
Absolute amounts of omega 3 and omega 6:
Fish sources:
>mackerel: decent for omega 3
>salmon: decent for omega 3
>sardines: decent for omega 3, good for omega 6
>swordfish: decent for omega 3
>bluefish: decent for omega 3
Vegan seed and nut sources:
>sesame seeds: good for omega 6
>pumpkin seeds: good for omega 6
>pistachios, pecans, and walnuts: good for omega 6
>flax: decent for omega 3

I'm not even going to answer your stupid protein questions. All the necessary amino acids can be obtained through eating plants, PERIOD. You need to, in the long run, eat a reasonable variety of plant foods to cover your bases, but any idiot knows that.
If you think otherwise, you are making a very radical claim and the burden is on you to provide some support.
