I'm 25, I graduated from college three years ago. My NCAA eligibility is completely used up. I'm now considering graduate programs and I'm wondering, if I go to an NAIA school will I have eligibility to compete?

Since you graduated from college, you are not eligible to compete in the NAIA.
I'm pretty sure that NAIA and NCAA seasons of eligibility are interchangeable so if you competed all four seasons of each sport you'd be considered out of eligibility even if you hadn't graduated.
