i'm 5'7 and 123-126lbs depending on time of day etc and 17 years old.
I want to focus on Mid distance i.e. 1500's . is this a good weight to maintain?
my pr's aren't great - 4:30~1500m but only been training a year or so

Ht & wt have no bearing on distance running, or any sport for that matter!
Just look at all those 5'5 105 lb NFL linemen, and those
250 lbs Oly marathon champions.
